Outpatient Recovery Meets Real Life

From Addiction to Recovery

Addiction can be frustrating, painful, and confounding. Relationships suffer. Jobs, lives, health, legal issues all suffer despite our best intentions. Many are looking for answers as they try navigating early recovery from addiction, perhaps mental health issues, emotional challenges, or even trauma. The results can be disheartening without the right help. Regardless of your circumstances, we want you to live and sustain a healthy life in recovery. BlackSheep Addiction Treatment is your program for solutions to put addiction, and mental health or emotional issues behind you.

The Program

Underlying most addictive behaviors are unresolved emotional issues. The core of successful recovery is in effective therapy. Our program is a blend of group counseling, individual therapy, medication management as needed, and self-care coaching tailored to fit realistic time commitments.

You could call the BlackSheep Addiction Treatment program “Light OP” – because its realistic time commitment is better targeted than typical OutPatient (“OP”) programs. Our OP treatment program includes the essential components of traditional treatment, without unnecessary fluff.  While it is less time-intensive, we emphasize the most impactful elements of successful treatment – group and individual therapy, and medication management.

This “Light OP” schedule allows for clients to engage in treatment while providing a balance between recovery and home/family/work. OutPatient work at BlackSheep Addiction Treatment allows unparalleled efficacy and convenience. Clients can keep meeting work commitments while receiving confidential, high-quality care. We offer convenient evening hours to accommodate our clients’ work schedules. With a once per week group session, other evenings are free to reconnect and refocus on family and relationships which are often in need of crucial time together for healing.

How We Help

At BlackSheep Addiction Treatment, highly effective therapy is used to help you identify the root cause of addictive behavior both internal and external, facilitate healing old wounds and burdens, repairing relationships, and teaching healthier coping skills. And the clinical philosophy of self-acceptance supports behavioral changes, helping you stay focused and motivated for recovery.

Who We Help

Our approach to treatment allows us to offer addiction expertise to adult professionals seeking addiction recovery. We work with professionals of all types who may have completed a program elsewhere but require a flexible outpatient program to fit the return to their busy lives. BlackSheep also functions as an alternative to those people who may find long inpatient treatment commitments unworkable for their lives. Human resource officers find our approach more workable in balancing real-life work with treatment time constraints.

You are not alone

We can help. Real people have real issues…trauma, grief, addiction, relationships…just to name a few. At BlackSheep Addiction Treatment, we strive to eliminate the barriers and stigma of “treatment” and create a confidential, safe space for like-minded individuals. We specialize in addiction treatment. Whether you are looking for treatment for yourself or a loved one, we are here for you!
